Our Franconian beer uses beech smoked malt from Bamberg in Franconia (Northern Bavaria) and is a tribute to the style of beers enjoyed in that part of Germany, and to Höchstadt an der Aisch, twinned with Castlebar.
This Irish-Franconian marriage will linger on the palate with a pleasant smokiness that makes it perfect to warm you up as the nights get shorter.

Ingredients: Water, Malted Barley, Hops, Yeast.
Franconian can be enjoyed with the Bratwurst of your choice, meaty steaks and with Franconian carp.
